The magic of the Christmas holidays often comes together with the arrival of the outfits for the new road campaign. In the final festive days of 2018 the boxes with the new Wanty-Gobert clothing and accessories for the upcoming season arrived. The riders can start wearing their new outfit from January 1st, but Xandro Meurisse already presents you the colors that the team will wear in 2019.
The shirt, still manufactured by our Chinese clothing supplier Santic, gets a more white color. On the side of the partners we welcome the Belgian bubbles of Ruffus, a range of sparkling wines produced in the Vignoble des Agaises, just a few kilometers from Binche. Our new collaboration with Wallonie Belgique Tourisme is displayed on the trousers. We use the bicycle to bring the tourist sites in the Walloon Region in the spotlight.
"I think our outfit for 2019 looks great. The new white design is chique. The shorts look almost the same as last year, but I think the adjustments to the jersey are really nice. The whole of helmet, glasses, sweater, trousers and shoes fits well together. Hopefully there won't be too much mud in the cx rides that I am going to ride, because then the white uniform will get dirty a little faster (laughing). "
