Britain (8) - McNally brings home sprints jersey, Pasqualon fifth time top 10

In the final stage of Tour of Britain (2.HC, 03-10/09) Andrea Pasqualon sprinted fifth time top 10. In wet circumstances the peloton broke in several pieces in the first, hilly part of the stage. 53 riders were part of the first peloton, with Mark McNally, Dion Smith and Andrea Pasqualon for our team. Since Graham Briggs (2nd in Eisberg Sprints Classification) wasn't part of the first group, Mark McNally was able to bring home the sprints jersey. A 2nd jersey for Macca in Tour of Britain, after his KOM title in 2014.

With three kilometers to go Edvald Boasson Hagen went clear from the reduced peloton to take the victory in Cardiff. In the sprint Andrea Pasqualon was able to distinguish himself once more. Our Italian finished 6th, already his fifth top 10 (5-5-6-6-6) this week. In the final GC Dion Smith finishes 27th.
